Our kitchen is tied to the traditions of the mountain, but simple dishes rich in flavor, authenticity, carefully prepared by our Chef Loris.

From the appetizer with homemade salami, to the first plate of the Gnochi with Fioreta, Bigoli with duck sauce, the second plate of Bacalà alla Vicentina, Smoked trout accompanied by field vegetables such as pissa-can (Dandelion), the typical mountain cheeses, and finally with the apple strudel.
